Power
The common, and often contentious, hydro tower which looms silently amidst our urban and rural landscapes has always fascinated me by the way it cuts the open sky with its giant geometric, sculptural and figurative forms. It has inspired me to paint its commanding presence both in a realistic way and in an interpretive, imaginative manner suggestive of the human form.
